Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for Defective Items: We only provide exchanges for defective products. Please contact our customer service team and retain the complete product packaging and all contents.

    • Definition of Defective Items: Product malfunctions, damage, wear, abrasions, scratches, or incomplete/damaged packaging caused by factors other than human error, rendering the product unable to function normally.

  • 7-Day Window: Requests for exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery, unless prior notice is given for special circumstances.

  • Service Fees: There are no service fees for these exchanges.

    1. Defective Items: Please initiate your exchange within 7 days. We will cover the full shipping costs (applicable to Taiwan buyers only).

    2. Non-Defective Exchanges: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Condition of Returns: Please ensure the product is in its original, pristine condition. All main items, invoices, and relevant accessories must be returned in the original packaging without any omissions so that we may process your exchange request.

  • Damage Due to Improper Use: If the product is damaged, worn, scratched, stained, or has incomplete packaging due to improper use, disassembly, or other human factors, and is returned to our company, we reserve the right to charge a restoration fee or request compensation based on the condition of the product.
